Water & Force-Main Boring in Tampa Bay

The bay area's water story is regional by necessity — a metro that engineered its way out of groundwater overdraft now runs interconnected supply, big reclaimed systems, and utilities in permanent renewal. The crossings follow: transmission under widening arterials, force mains chasing the Pasco arc, reclaimed purple pipe through built-out sections, and main renewal under Pinellas streets older than the county's growth charts. We pull fused HDPE and fusible PVC on profile, fusion certs in the submittal, testing to the owner's standard.

Flat coastal terrain gives force mains the no-natural-grade problem: vertical sloppiness builds air pockets the utility pays for forever, so grade-critical shots get rod-by-rod verification against design. Alignments HDD can't honestly hold get flagged at scope.

And because every water job here drills over the aquifer system the region so carefully manages, aquifer-clean practice — containment, monitored returns, staged response — is simply how the water work runs.
