About Tampa Directional Drilling

By the Directional Boring, LLC estimating desk · 50,000+ boring calls answered, ~10,000 crossings quoted, 2,000+ bores drilled

Tampa Directional Drilling is the bay-area operation of Directional Boring, LLC. We're the contractor of record on the work: your contract is with us, the bore plan carries our standards, every document runs our job number, and the crew drilling your crossing works under that contract in your county.

The desk behind this site has answered 50,000+ boring calls nationally, quoted close to 10,000 crossings, and drilled 2,000+ — a pattern library that reads locally as ground judgment: karst posture priced into every bore, the northern counties' thinning clay respected, estuary-grade fluid discipline on tidal work, and the trench-vs-bore honesty these easy surface sands make mandatory.

House rule, first call: if trenching your open ground beats boring it, we say so. In sinkhole country, straight answers about the ground are the whole business.
